Welcome to The Kaleidoscope Group
An elite group of advertising professionals in the Midwest with proprietary research and insight on effectively advertising to women.
You don't have to dig too deeply to discover that women control more than 80% of all purchase decisions. However, what very few people realize is that more than 70% of all advertising is created, approved and selected by men. And that can be a problem since men and women respond to advertising and brand messaging differently.
Up to this point, marketing to women initiatives have been subjectively based and anecdotally supported. Virtually nothing quantifiable has been applied to advertising and its component parts to ensure greater success in communicating with women.
We've conducted interviews with researchers who collectively account for nearly 2,000 focus groups dedicated to creative testing. We've fielded quantitative studies measuring how women relate to various media and messaging and component parts of commercial messages. We've also done ad testing to determine relative appeal to women and the level of influence that elements of the advertising had on the overall effect.
We've learned that there are a few simple techniques that when applied can greatly enhance women's receptivity to a message. We have also discovered that there are few things that can have the completely opposite effect on women. We call it the Times Zero EffectSM. No matter how many elements you put into your equation, once you multiply by zero, the answer to the entire equation is zero. Believe it or not, there are elements of some commercials that can have the exact same effect.
We offer a menu of fully integrated services that range from a complete audit of your current messaging all the way to full strategic development and campaign creation, execution and placement.
